Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your illumicove purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns and refunds. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and your statutory rights cannot be excluded.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Items that cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed or partially installed
- Custom or cut-to-length orders
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 12 month warranty period, please contact us within 7 days of fault, at admin@illumicove.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or damage
- Photos of the issue
We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days please:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider as processing times vary
- Contact your bank directly
If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at admin@illumicove.au.
Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
