1. General

By placing an order with illumicove PTY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery

Metro Areas Standard delivery is to the ground floor of the delivery address. For high-rise buildings and multi-storey residences, delivery will be made to the ground floor or building foyer only. illumicove is not responsible for transporting goods beyond the ground floor entry point.

Re-delivery If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being present, an incorrect address being provided, or access not being available, any subsequent re-delivery attempts will be charged to the customer at cost.

Outside Metro Areas Delivery to regional, rural, or remote areas outside of metropolitan zones may incur additional freight charges. These charges will be calculated and communicated to you prior to dispatch. By proceeding with your order you agree to pay any applicable additional delivery costs for non-metro locations.

Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. illumicove is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Installation

illumicove products are designed for DIY installation. However, any electrical work including the installation of new power outlets (GPOs) must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian Standards and local regulations. illumicove accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper installation.

5. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded.

  • Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
  • Faulty or damaged goods: If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
  • Custom or cut-to-length orders: These are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Warranty

illumicove products are covered by a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow installation instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

illumicove is an Australian Patented Design. All content on this website including images, text, and product designs are the intellectual property of illumicove PTY LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, illumicove’s liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
